to reiterate,

the quantity is not definitive - its based on a complex web of dynamic variables and actually, when you really just sloow down for a sec and think about it like nothing in life in definitive and moreover the very idea of definifiveness starts to fall apart and at that point honestly we're no longer counting candy so lets just call it a handful of mostly-not-shattered mini candycanes. 

Carrying mini candy canes aboard a Tiny Whoop to deliver sweet sweet candy cane treats to friends, kids, nieces and nephews, randos, neighborhood children and domesticated OR wild animals... is dangerous. 

Accordingly, my official legal stance is: "NO" i "don't" recommend it.
