This is the kind of product that doesn't really make sense. The cost of materials was very high, higher than the normal retail cost of the antenna... but i REALLY wanted a purple one!  Thank you to my friends at O.R.T. for making my dream come true! 

Apologies for the high price, this is a reflection of rarer purple pcb materials costs, not greed!!! Enjoy them while they last, I am told this is the first and last batch of purple O.R.T. Micro VEE antennas EVER.
